How Does An Online Auction Work?

ONLINE AUCTIONS ARE OPEN TO:
Continental USA and Canada.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY:
Every KYNC handmade rug arrives with its Certificate of Authenticity.

CURRENCY & METHOD OF PAYMENT:
All bids are reflected in USD. If there is a Canadian Winner, the winning bid will be converted at the market exchange rate and invoiced in CAD.
We accept: 
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Wire Transfer, and ACH
If payment is made via credit card, we can ship only to the billing address.

OPENING BID: 
Varies depending on the rug.

BID SUBMISSION:
Bids will be submitted in the chat.
When you place your first bid, you will be asked to provide your contact info via DM:
Full Name
Address
Email
Phone
You MUST submit your bid via a comment on the live auction feed post.
We do not accept bids via DM or email.
This way, bids are open for public viewing and the auction is transparent. 

MINIMUM BID INCREMENT:
Typically $50 USD

CLOSE OF LIVE AUCTION:
Bidding closes when called by the auctioneer.  If not called, auction will end when the last bid stands for 5 minutes.

SHIPPING:
The winning bid total is inclusive of shipping to the USA and Canada. 
If payment is made via credit card, we can ship only to the billing address.

PAYMENT:
Once bidding is complete, we will contact you via the phone/email you have provided.
The winner will have 24 hours to remit full payment. 
Failure of full payment results in the rug going to the next highest bidder.

TAXES: 
New Jersey residents are subject to local sales tax.
Canadian residents are subject to provincial sales tax.

Our live online auctions take place across many time zones.
Technical glitches may occur in the transmission of bidder sign-ups and bids.
There may be timing variances in the appearance of information onscreen.
Should this occur, resolution will be based on information as it appeared to the auction house.
